We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these terms.

Restrictions

You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from the Application.

Intellectual Property

The Application and its original content, features and functionality are owned by PolyDigits and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

No Warranty

The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PolyDigits be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
